Junior year is all most over, I cant really believe it. This was a long year but its going by so fast. I kind of don't want it to end. I don't think I'm ready to move on to be a senior yet. Once your a senior the year must go by so much faster. They have so much going on like senior project and thinking about what collage to go to. Its the year to kind of just say goodbye to being a kid that goes to school and has to fallow there parent around to being the person that has to worry about going to work and having to wake up a little early because they have to put gas in there car.  I think I'm just to scared to move on to being an adult and being my own person. I know Im my own person now but I mean like I wont have to be around my parent all the time and if I want to go to the mall or the movies, I would be able to go and my parent cant say anything about it because I'm all grown up now. I cant even ask for more ketchup or for a glass of water when i go to a restaurant with out my mom or dad being there to do it for me. I don't know I guess its just a little scary having to grow up.

About Me

My name is Ashley Elizabeth Delgado, my family calls me Ash, my sister calls me Elizabeth or liz for short for when she's really mad at me but my friends just stick with calling me Ashley. I love going outside and enjoy the day with playing baseball. When I finish high school I am going to study to be a teacher. I would really like to teach kindergarden. My whole family is filled with musitions and that made me love music. I grew up with having to go early to church so my parent could practice before service started at church. Now that I'm older i sometimes sing with them too. I love animals. i never not had a pet, there was always some kind of animal in the house. Right now I have 2 black cats and they are the cutest things in the world. I  al l so go threw these faces where I really like to work out. I like to go for run or hiking and just be outdoors. Its kind of like my time that  I have for myself.

My Career

When I grow up I want to be an elementary teacher. I want to be able to start kids of with loving to go to school and starting there future. I think that I would be a good teacher because I'm good with kids and its so much fun to hang out with them, they have so much energy and I hope that in 30 years I would still have all that energy as well.

I really like the idea of being a teacher because it just looks like a fun job and when I look back to when I was in elementary school I had so much fun and the teaches where all ways there if you needed them. I would love to be there for a kid if they need me.

I am hoping to find a job but I'm sort of picky when it comes to what job I am going to go with. I don't think I would like to work at a fast food restaurant. I'm not really good at remembering all those oders and knowing myself I would probably drop every ones food. If I would start to work I would rather work at a clothing store. It seems pretty easy. It looks like you just have to help customers and pick up the clothes.

   I really like a store called Pac Sun. I love all there stuff and I shop there a lot. I've all ways wanted to work  there but the thing is that its to far from my house and I don't have a ride to get there, so that kind of sucks. there's this other store, De'lux. Its a thrift store and it looks pretty cool. The people who work there seem nice and I really like there clothes too.

   I think I'm going to ask De'lux if they would hire me the next time they have the need help sight out side there door. I think I would like working there. Its a little store and it looks like they all ways have something to do so I don't think I would ever get bored. I think I'd really like to work.

favorite hobby

I love reading. Its my time to be by myself and just enjoy the rest of the day. When ever I really get into a good book I feel like I'm actually seeing whats happening in the story. I sort of just forget about the world and just focus on whats going on in the pages of the book I'm reading. Having to read in the end of the day soothes me and makes me forget of things that I'm going threw and makes me think about other worlds, like Never land from "Peter Pan" or the land of Oz from "The wizard of Oz'.
